Broomfield was part of Boulder County before it split off to become the City and County of Broomfield. Broomfield covers a large geographic area, featuring an array of housing opportunities and the Flatirons Crossing Mall. Broomfield’s location along Hwy. 36 makes it accessible to jobs from Denver to Boulder. A portion of Broomfield is still within the Boulder Valley School District, but other portions of Broomfield are within Jefferson County Public Schools and Adams 12 Five Star Schools.
